PREPARATION AND INSTALLATION
1. Can I install ANNAIS Deck myself?
Yes! ANNAIS Deck is designed for easy DIY installation. No professional construction experience or complex installation work is required.
2. Do I need any special tools for installation?
No special tools are required for assembling the main deck system. The modular components are designed for quick and easy installation.
Note: A hand drill is required if you choose to install the edge trim with screws.
3. How does ANNAIS Deck connect together?
Each modular deck panel comes with pre-installed clips, allowing the panels to easily snap together according to your desired layout.
4. Does the ground need to be perfectly level?
No. Adjustable support legs allow you to adjust the deck height and level the surface, making ANNAIS Deck suitable for uneven ground.
5. What types of ground can ANNAIS Deck be installed on?
ANNAIS Deck can be installed on a wide range of suitable outdoor surfaces, including grass, soil, gravel, concrete, patios, and other stable ground conditions.
6. Do I need to dig holes or pour concrete?
No. ANNAIS Deck is a freestanding modular decking system and does not require traditional concrete foundations or extensive ground excavation for standard installations.
7. Do I need pavers under the support legs?
For hard and stable ground, the deck can generally be installed directly. For softer ground such as grass or soil, we recommend using suitable pavers or pads under the support legs to help distribute the load and reduce sinking.
8. How do I determine the right deck height?
If your deck connects to a door or entryway, measure from the ground to the door threshold and use this as the main reference point.
Our standard deck height is 17–24 cm (6.7–9.4 in.), with adjustable support legs for leveling.
9. Can I customize the deck height?
Yes. If you require a special deck height, we can provide a customized solution based on your project requirements.
10. Is ANNAIS Deck a freestanding deck?
Yes. ANNAIS Deck is designed as a freestanding modular decking system and is not permanently fixed to the ground in standard applications.
11. Can I move the deck after installation?
Yes. The modular design allows ANNAIS Deck to be disassembled, moved, or reconfigured when needed.
12. Can I customize the deck size or layout?
Yes. If our standard module sizes do not fit your space, we can provide customized sizes and layout solutions based on your project.
13. Is ANNAIS Deck resistant to insects and termites?
Yes. Both Classic and Pro Series are designed to provide resistance to insects and termites, making them suitable for outdoor applications.
14.Is ANNAIS Deck slip resistant?
Yes. Both Classic and Pro Series feature slip-resistant surfaces designed for outdoor use.
15.Do I need edge trim?
Edge trim is optional but recommended. It covers the exposed ends of the hollow decking boards and stainless steel frame, creating a cleaner and more finished appearance while providing additional protection.
16. How do I install the edge trim?
You can install the edge trim in two ways:
Screw Installation – Use a hand drill with the supplied cobalt twist drill bit and screws.
Construction Adhesive
– Use suitable construction adhesive. Adhesive is not included and needs to be purchased separately.
17. Can I order directly from the website?
Yes. If our standard sizes and configurations fit your project, you can select the required products and quantities and order directly through our website.
For custom sizes, special heights, or customized layouts, please contact us for a tailored solution.
MATERIALS, SPECIFICATIONS & MAINTENANCE
1. Why does ANNAIS Deck use a stainless steel frame?
Our deck system uses a 304 stainless steel frame for strength, stability, and long-term outdoor performance. It provides a strong and stable structure while offering excellent resistance to moisture, corrosion, and outdoor conditions.
2. Is ANNAIS Deck strong and stable?
Yes. The stainless steel frame, modular connection system, and adjustable support legs work together to create a strong and stable deck structure.
3. How much weight can ANNAIS Deck support?
Each 1 × 1 m (3.25 × 3.25 ft) modular deck panel can support more than 500 kg (1,100 lbs) under proper installation.
When multiple modules are connected to create a larger deck, the overall structure provides even greater load-bearing capacity.
4. Does ANNAIS Deck require regular maintenance?
No. Both Classic and Pro Series are low-maintenance decking options. Regular cleaning with water or mild detergent is generally sufficient.
No painting, staining, or sealing is required.
5. How does the decking perform in rain and moisture?
Both Classic and Pro Series are designed for outdoor use and provide resistance to moisture, insects, and termites.
The Pro Series features a 360° co-extruded protective layer for enhanced moisture, weather, and surface protection.
6. How does ANNAIS Deck perform in extreme weather?
ANNAIS Deck is designed for outdoor environments and offers good resistance to weather exposure.
For areas with strong sunlight or high temperatures, we recommend choosing a lighter decking color to help reduce surface heat.
7. Will the decking get hot in the sun?
No. Our decking is designed with a specially treated surface that helps reduce excessive heat buildup, so it does not become excessively hot even after prolonged exposure to sunlight.
For hotter climates, we recommend choosing a
lighter decking color, which can provide a more comfortable surface feel under direct sunlight.
8. Can ANNAIS Deck be used in coastal areas?
Yes. The 304 stainless steel frame provides good corrosion resistance and is suitable for many outdoor environments, including coastal applications.
9. What happens if one decking panel is damaged?
No. Thanks to the modular design, individual decking panels can be removed and replaced without replacing the entire deck.

1. How long does it take to receive my ANNAIS Deck order?
Standard products typically require 3–7 business days for production, depending on the order quantity.
Ocean shipping generally takes around
30–45 days, depending on the destination and shipping route.
2. Where are ANNAIS Deck products manufactured and shipped from?
ANNAIS Deck products are manufactured in Hangzhou, China, and shipped worldwide.
3. How do you ship ANNAIS Deck?
We ship our products by ocean freight.
You can choose to collect your order from a port near your destination, or choose
DDP door-to-door delivery, depending on the destination.
4. Can you ship directly to my address?
Yes. We can arrange delivery directly to your address in supported destinations.
We also offer
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door delivery, including customs clearance and applicable duties and taxes.
5. Does the delivery include unloading?
Yes. For DDP door-to-door delivery, unloading service is included.
6. Is shipping included in the price?
For standard products, please check the shipping information displayed on the product page.
For custom projects or destinations requiring special shipping arrangements, please contact us for a shipping quote.
7. Can I delay my shipment?
Yes. If you are not ready to receive your deck, please contact us before shipment and let us know your preferred delivery time.
8. Can I return my ANNAIS Deck?
Returns are handled according to our Return Policy.
Standard products may be eligible for return according to the policy.
Custom-made products, including special sizes, heights, or customized configurations, are not eligible for return.
9. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect the package and products carefully upon delivery.
If you notice any damage, please take photos or videos and contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
10. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will provide the available shipping and tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
